Each week we will hold two workshops. Each workshop will contain one element and the safety skills within it. The elements include:
Impact (drops & falls)
Vaults (overcoming obstacles)
Bars & Rails (swings & balancing)
Jumps
Walls (up & down)
Tricks
Find your own skills, challenges or lines you want to create.
Coaches will be roaming and will help when they can but your training is in your hands.
Just make sure you stay safe and train within your abilities!

Parkour is much more than skills. We will also support you:

We always start with the skills you need to stay safe while learning.

Level 2-3 is all about teaching you the fundamental parkour skills to give you a strong foundation to work off.

Level 4 is all about applying skills to different environments and contexts.

Our final level is about empowering you to take control of your own journey and support you along the way

Jayden has over 10 years of experience in parkour, with a background in coaching, athlete development, and community leadership across NSW.
Since 2017, he has coached youth athletes and recreational practitioners, including serving as Head Coach from 2019–2022.
He is also currently studying Sport & Exercise Science at university, combining practical coaching experience with evidence-based learning.
Jayden has travelled interstate and overseas for training and community events, while continuing to support safe and accessible parkour as a member of the NSW Parkour Association.
