1. Appropriate clothing (Capable of moving in)

2. Closed-in shoes

3. Drink Bottle

4. Hat

5. Sunscreen

It is also a good idea to warm up before the session so that we can maximise your time learning and doing parkour in the workshop.

Does this cost money?

Yes, this is a paid event.

It is an introductory workshop into parkour so you can get a taste of what it's like and help you decide if this is something you want to learn.

It is $30 and you get:

- 30min Workshop

- Learn the essentials of jumping, vaulting and climbing

- A starter Speed Course

You are also more than welcome to stay and train at the spot afterwards, as long as you are mindful that space may be needed if another workshop group starts.

Why don't I know my exact time slot yet?

We run multiple groups (teens, adults, women's) within the same 2-hour block

To ensure we run efficiently no matter the spread of registrations across the block we wait to allocate the exact timing once registrations are in.

What happens if it rains or I can't make it?

We run these workshops regularly, so if it rains or you can't make it, just get in touch and we'll transfer your booking to the next available date.

Is there a minimum age?

At the moment we only run workshops for those 12 and older.

If you are interested in Parkour but under 12, please contact us directly and we will see how we can help you.

Do I need to be fit or experienced?

Not at all!

This session is designed for specifically for people with no experience and do not expect you to be an elite athlete in your first session.

We will start with where you are at and build up from there.

How many people are in each session?

We like to keep sessions small to maximise the quality and the time you get actually training.

We max out the sessions at 5 people per workshop.

We run 3 workshops within the 2 hours window, with a 15min gap between sessions.
