New to Parkour?
$30 for 30 minutes - Workshop + Open Training afterwards
A fun new game where parkour meets scavenger hunt.

Try parkour in a fun, beginner-friendly environment with coaches there to help.

A women-only space to take your first steps into parkour. Prefer the mixed sessions instead? You're welcome there too.

Reserve your place in our next beginner workshop.
We run multiple sessions in the one booking block.

Once bookings are in, we'll allocate your 30-min workshop time within the block.

Learn the basics of jumps, vaults & wall climbs, then get hands-on with our starter Speed Course

Feel free to hang around for open training. Just note that workshops will take priority over the space
Anything you would normally bring to an exercise based session.
1. Appropriate clothing (Capable of moving in)
2. Closed-in shoes
3. Drink Bottle
4. Hat
5. Sunscreen
It is also a good idea to warm up before the session so that we can maximise your time learning and doing parkour in the workshop.
Yes, this is a paid event.
It is an introductory workshop into parkour so you can get a taste of what it's like and help you decide if this is something you want to learn.
It is $30 and you get:
- 30min Workshop
- Learn the essentials of jumping, vaulting and climbing
- A starter Speed Course
You are also more than welcome to stay and train at the spot afterwards, as long as you are mindful that space may be needed if another workshop group starts.
We run multiple groups (teens, adults, women's) within the same 2-hour block
To ensure we run efficiently no matter the spread of registrations across the block we wait to allocate the exact timing once registrations are in.
We run these workshops regularly, so if it rains or you can't make it, just get in touch and we'll transfer your booking to the next available date.
At the moment we only run workshops for those 12 and older.
If you are interested in Parkour but under 12, please contact us directly and we will see how we can help you.

Not at all!
This session is designed for specifically for people with no experience and do not expect you to be an elite athlete in your first session.
We will start with where you are at and build up from there.
We like to keep sessions small to maximise the quality and the time you get actually training.
We max out the sessions at 5 people per workshop.
We run 3 workshops within the 2 hours window, with a 15min gap between sessions.
